Dear DGW,

We have finalized the schedule for the annual reunion this year.  With all of the history of
country music there is much to see. You may click on the links under attraction names for
additional information about our hotel and tours.

Our anchor hotel is the Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport Hotel. Breakfast is included 
in the room rate ($151.17) and they have complimentary airport transportation. 
 
Arriving Thursday, we will relax and reminisce in the hospitality suite and get ready for our
welcome Buffet that evening. 
 
The Friday outing is a listening to trolley city tour of the Downtown area including stops
at the Country Music Hall of Fame and historic RCA Studio B and the lunch at Ole Smokey
restaurant. Then we are on our own for a tour of the Ryman Auditorium or just strolling down
Broadway where you can listen to local artists performing. Dinner Friday evening is on your own. 
 
Saturday we will head for The Hermitage for touring and lunch then on to the
Lane Motor Museum and end up back to the hotel for relaxation and hospitality before
The Grand Ole Opry (for whoever chooses to attend). 
 
Sunday will be the annual meeting at 2pm followed by the farewell banquet.

(All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a
major credit card. If a guest does not cancel a reservation within 48 hours before 4:00 PM 
of the guest's check-in date, then Hotel may charge the credit card one night's room fee
plus any applicable taxes.)

Hotel parking is available at the following rates:

Overnight-Self-Parking $12.00 per night.
Overnight Valet Parking $15.00 per night,
Day Parking (Non-Guest) $12.00 per day

These rates are exclusive of state tax. Parking is priced at prevailing rates
and is subject to change.
